Shipping Fees

  • Shipping within Japan is ¥660 (tax included).

  • Shipping to Okinawa and remote islands is ¥1,400 (before tax).

  • Free shipping is available on orders totaling ¥5,500 (tax included) or more per order.

Order Validity

Orders remain valid for 7 business days after the order confirmation email has been sent.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days after the order is confirmed (or after payment has been received for prepaid orders).

Orders placed after 9:00 AM (JST) will be processed on the following business day.

Estimated Shipping Examples

  • Example 1: Order placed at 8:00 AM on a business day (December 1) → Ships on December 1 or 2.

  • Example 2: Order placed at 9:10 AM on a business day (December 1) → Ships on December 2 or 3.

Customers may request a preferred delivery date and time. However, availability depends on the destination and carrier conditions.

For the earliest possible delivery, please place your order without selecting a delivery date or time.

Safe drop-off delivery (contactless delivery) is also available. Please include your request in the order notes.

If shipment is delayed or an item becomes out of stock, we will notify you by email. Please check your email carefully for up to three days after placing your order.

Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Japanese national holidays.
