Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped as early as within two business days after the order is confirmed. For prepaid orders, the processing period begins after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed at or after 9:00 a.m. Japan Standard Time will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of ¥660 (tax included) applies to all destinations within Japan.

Orders totaling ¥5,500 or more (tax included) qualify for free shipping.

Earliest Shipping Examples

Example 1:
Order placed at 8:00 a.m. on December 1, a business day
→ The order will be shipped on December 1 or December 2.

Example 2:
Order placed at 9:10 a.m. on December 1, a business day
→ The order will be shipped on December 2 or December 3.

You may request a preferred delivery date and time. Availability may vary depending on the delivery area, carrier conditions, and seasonal demand.

For the earliest possible delivery, please place your order without selecting a delivery date or time.

You may also request delivery to a designated safe location. Please enter your preferred safe drop-off location in the order notes.

If shipment is delayed or an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email. Please check your email carefully for at least three days after placing your order.

Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Japanese public holidays.

Please note that additional temporary closures may occur during the winter holiday period, Golden Week, and the summer holiday season.
