Shipping policy

Dispatch Time: Orders will be dispatched within the shortest business period of 2 days from the order confirmation date (or upon confirmation of payment for pre-paid orders). Orders placed after 9 AM will be considered for dispatch on the following business day.

hipping Fee: ¥660 flat rate nationwide within Japan. ※ Free shipping for purchases of ¥5,500 (tax included) or more.

Example of Expedited Shipping:

  • Example 1: Place an order on a business day at 8 AM on December 1st → Dispatch on December 1st or 2nd.
  • Example 2: Place an order at 9:10 AM on December 1st → Dispatch on December 2nd or 3rd.

Scheduled Delivery:

  • Specific date and time scheduling is possible (varies by delivery area and congestion). If no specific time is chosen, we will dispatch at the earliest available time.
  • "Leave at the Door" option is available; please specify in the comments section.

In the rare event of a delay in shipment or if an item is out of stock, we will promptly notify you via email. Please be attentive to your emails within 3 days after placing the order.

Weekend and Holiday Considerations:

  • Shipping operations are suspended on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
  • Please note that there may be temporary closures during the winter season, Golden Week, and summer season. Kindly take note of this.
